A post-birthday Terah-fix...

For those that were not able to enjoy our 1 year old's antics in person yesterday and are in need of a little dose of Terah-cuteness, here's not one or two but THREE videos:

The other day when we were out harvesting our dried corn, Terah was enjoying the beautiful day with us. She was playing with the husks, moving cobs around and chattering throughout. All of a sudden I heard her little "ah" sound that she makes when she is excited about something. I looked over to see that she had successfully husked a cob all by herself. Perfect birthday-present-opening practice! :) This video seems to get some of what I love about our outdoor times - you can see the older girls in the background at one point and hear the pigs grunting (they were enjoying the reject corn cobs!).

Terah received a new little ball from Alida. It was not until I was watching her play with it that I learned that this kid knows how to dribble. And her foot work is pretty cute! She is definitely taking after Alida in her knack with balls.
And finally, here she is sharing one of her birthday presents. She not only wanted to feed Alida her snacks, but also the wrapping paper and her new ball. It made for a good time!
